You simply can't beat the price to stay. If you're looking for bottom-line budget prices, you've found the hotel to fit that need. The hotel caters to truckers and students in training and offers reduced rates.

The hotel has a good location for many needs, business or pleasure. It's a short drive to downtown Atlanta, as well as many area attractions and entertainment. There are also several restaurants close to the hotel.

The hotel has a lot of cleanliness and hygiene issues. The bedding and carpets are stained, ripped, and thinned to holes. The towels are no better and look like old dusting cloths instead of being clean and white. The rooms and carpets have strong and unpleasant odors that overpower the rooms. There are many reports of pests and vermin and several room features are missing or just don't work.

The kitchenettes in the room are barely functional. The appliances are old and some features, like ice machines, just don't work. Many appliances are broken, but left in the rooms. There is also no cookware or servingware.

The hotel needs serious updating and upgrading. There has been several brand changes within the past few years and no attempts to improve the hotel or room features at all.
