On the whole, guests commented that this no-frills property appears to be a solid pick for short stays in the area. In addition to being close to those famous falls, guests were also happy to find that this basic motel was close to an array of local attractions - especially the nearby Canada One shopping outlet.

This property's retro kidney-shaped pool went down a hit with guests visiting during the summer months. This amenity was especially popular with families with young children.

Despite its northern location, Niagara can get rather muggy during the summer months. Having said this, those visiting during the warmer part of the year were pleased to find that the air conditioning here is consistently strong and efficient.

Many felt that the individual units here were tired and worn. There were lots of signs of wear and tear in rooms, with guests noting lots of broken fixtures and fittings. Most felt that this accommodation would greatly benefit from widespread refurbishment. Also, strange and foul smells in rooms are an on-going problem here.

Like the rooms themselves, many felt that the beds here are showing their age. There were lots of reports of uncomfortable and sagging mattresses and this did have an impact on sleep quality. Also, there were also consistent reports here of dirty and grubby sheets and linens.

Finally, the Wi-Fi connection at this property was an on-going frustration for guests, who commented that this service was weak and slow.
