The standard of customer service delivered was regularly applauded by former guests that stayed at the hotel. The front desk personnel were especially highlighted for the service they provided, with it often claimed that they were really welcoming, warm and professional.

As of one of the accommodation’s main selling points, the outdoor swimming pool doesn’t disappoint – according to the overall sentiments of past visitors. The general consensus was that the pool was well-maintained, quiet and enjoyable overall.

When it came to room hygiene, most previous guests commended this specific aspect of the hotel. As well as being clean and tidy, the rooms were also said to feature really comfortable beds.

Although it was fine for the majority, the accommodation’s complimentary breakfast has been a source of criticism for a sizeable amount of past visitors. In particular, the variety of the continental breakfast was seen as limited for certain tastes and dietary requirements.

Numerous former guests were left disappointed due to the lack of amenities in certain rooms provided by the hotel. The omission of refrigerators and microwaves in select rooms was judged unfavourably at times.

As it is apparently housed within an older property, previous visitors have noted that the appearance of the accommodation was somewhat dated in places. And while they have reportedly undergone recent renovations, certain fixtures and fittings in the rooms were also described as showing some distress.
