Guests state that some rooms
smelled like smoke even though they booked non-smoking. They couldn't stand the
smell and asked to change rooms more than once. They felt as though guests are
not sticking to the non-smoking policy, but the management isn't stopping them
when they notice it.

rooms, the floors were dusty and filthy, there were cigarette burns in carpets and
