positive:
Location couldn't be more convenient
South Brea Avenue has all manner of restaurants, bars, fast-food outlets, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping malls dotted along it so you're never short of options when it comes to drinking, dining or shopping. Of course, the relative proximity of so many amusement parks is a big bonus for guests traveling with kids too.
positive:
Accommodations are very neat and clean
Whilst they're unlikely to win any plaudits for being chic or stylish, you have to give the guest rooms here credit for being exceptionally clean and tidy. Clearly, the housekeeping team at Travelodge Brea is overdue a raise!
positive:
Service with a smile
It's not that often that you get to use the term ‘service with a smile' in the hospitality industry within the context of this price range. Happily, this is one place where it seems to be very apt as numerous guests have had nothing but good things to say about this hotel's positive, upbeat employees.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noise can be a problem at night
Along with the traffic from the nearby street, a number of the guest rooms at Travelodge Brea are blighted by noisy A/C units, humming fridges and - in some cases - buzzing light switches. Having some ear plugs to hand is likely to be your best strategy here…
negative:
Parking can be problematic
This hotel has limited parking space so finding a space can be a problem at times. You should also be aware that you're only allowed a maximum of two cars per accommodation.
negative:
But that's about it...
If you can deal with the nocturnal noises and aren't affected by potential parking constraints then chances are you'll have a largely positive vacation experience at Travelodge Brea.
