The overall ambience of this motel was decidedly peaceful and quiet, a point that went down well with those looking for a solid night's sleep. Also, many were pleased to find that the units here were on the larger side.

Located just a few miles away from some of Memphis' most famous attractions - including Graceland and the Pink Palace Park - guests felt that, overall, this property offered excellent value for money in the local area. Guests liked the relatively central location of this property with respect of the city's main tourist attractions.

The quality of the breakfast offerings here come highly commended by guests, with the waffles being a particular favourite.

Housekeeping was a major point of contention here, with guests reporting dirty in-room conditions. Heavily stained and spattered walls were frequently reported and many were also dismayed to find that sheets and linens are also grubby.

In addition to generally poor standards of cleanliness in rooms themselves, many reported finding food left behind by previous guests in fridges as well as in microwaves. These unwelcome discoveries enhanced the general feeling that rooms here are kept less than clean.

Finally, recent past guests have reported rude treatment and poor customer service from this motel's reception team. Simple requests - such as asking for a receipt - have been known to provoke downright confrontational and rude reactions from the staff here.
