One of the many highlights at the resort/spa is the equine experience. You get the opportunity to actually learn to train horses and learn more about their nature and personalities. Riding through the Austin hills is challenging and exhilarating. Other activities like cooking lessons, archery, and the challenge course are amazing.

The staff is entertaining and motivating. They go out of their way so that you can experience all that the resort/spa has to offer. The food they serve is healthy and delicious as well.

You certainly can enjoy a variety of activities and have a good time, but they are not so exclusive that you can't find some things and more at other resorts/spas. In fact, it would be nice if they could arrange to do activities more often so that classes are not so crowded, which can become boring as you have to stand around waiting.

There are no rainy day activities so you end up staying inside not doing too much. It would seem that they would make provisions for such situations.

Refrigerators are provided only upon request, which means no cold water immediately available, and this is in Texas, which gets hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk! You are out of luck if all the fridges are taken. There is no ice maker available either, so there's no chance to at least add ice to your water. So take precaution or you will dehydrate! An ice machine in the building would easily solve the situation.
