Negative Reviews
negative:
Exceptionally poor state of cleanliness
A simply astonishing number of guests reported that their room was - there’s no other way to put it - filthy when they arrived and checked in. The specific issues were many, but the upshot was that an incredible number of guests felt very, very uncomfortable occupying the room in the state it was in.
negative:
In desperate need of a makeover
It wasn’t only the cleanliness of the hotel that guests took issue with. They also felt quite strongly that the hotel was very outdated. This seemed to affect not just how things looked, which was bad enough, but also functionality as well.
negative:
Very poor value for money
The truth is that pretty much all recent guests had problems, sometime big problems, during their stay. Some felt that if the room rate was absolute rock bottom to compensate them it might have been a reasonable deal. But they did not feel that prices were especially low and so concluded that they had received very poor value for money.
