The hotel is well placed and many sites and attractions are a short drive away. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops in close proximity to the hotel. The Grand Canyon and Arizona State Universities are located within an 11-minute drive of the property. The North Mountain Park and Sahuaro Ranch Park can be reached within 15-minutes' drive.

The rooms are spacious and nicely laid out with a separate seating area, desk space and TV that has plenty of channels to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and facilities for preparing your own meals. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are also decently sized and features a bathtub. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were clean and well presented.

Guests commented that both the staff at reception and the housekeeping team were friendly and attentive. Guests were made to feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.

A few issue were reported which affected guests' level of comfort. Some guests found the mattresses to be too soft for their taste and the pillows to be uncomfortable which lead to a poor nights' sleep.

While both the guest rooms and the facilities are well equipped, some guests felt that the size of the bedrooms as well as the fitness area were a little on the small side.

Some guests complained of unpleasant smells in the hallway which smelled strongly of chemicals. Other guests smelt cigarette smoke.
