The hotel is situated along I-95, which makes it perfect for a quick stopover, but it is also near a lot of restaurants and many shops such as the Tangier Outlet Mall which come in handy during longer stays.

Guests found the rooms to be spacious, modern and tastefully decorated, and they liked the layout with the separated sitting areas. Between the functioning air-conditioning units and the fully-equipped kitchens with a microwave, a stove, a fridge, pots and pans and utensils, guests stated that the rooms provided comfort and convenience.

Guests noted that they experienced a friendly welcome and that the staff was professional. The front-desk staff received particular praise, as guests reported that they were willing and able to answer questions, provide information and resolve issues.

Most guests recalled clean and tidy rooms, but a few checked into rooms that had dust collected on the furniture, and they found some items previous tenants left behind as well as toilets that were stained.

While guests appreciated the fact that the breakfast buffet was free, some didn't get the chance to actually eat anything, as items ran out quickly and were never replaced.

Several guests pointed out that there was an odor in the hallways and the rooms, which was most likely caused by previous guests' pets. A few reported that there were areas that could use some improvement such as some of the furniture being broken and dirty and the carpets needing a thorough cleaning or replacement even.
