Hotel TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine (Grapevine, USA)

This hotel is within two years old and still keeps that new "car" smell. The rooms are spotlessly clean and look as if they have never been used. Everything is fresh and inviting. The rooms are also better than standard stays since they are equipped with work space, living space, and have plenty to cook on and cook with.

The staff here really goes above and beyond and caters to the business traveler. Customer service is excellent, whether on the phone or in person. The staff are both friendly and professional. Also, the amenities here are above standard as the convenient shuttle is available every half hour and the picnic area has a fire pit with special movie events weekly.

The hotel has a great location to so many restaurants, bars, and nearby shops. The outlet mall, Gaylord Texan, and Bass Pro Shop are all short drives. Plus, guests also have privileges at the Courtyard hotel, located next door and an easy walk.

The parking lot at the hotel, while free, is extremely limited, if guests are bringing their own cars. Taxis in the area are very expensive, especially from the airport. Guests who rely on the shuttle for transport will find it fills up quickly.

The hotel is in an isolated and inconvenient location and guests will not be able to walk to restaurants or shops, as none are within easy walking distance. Guests who don't like to cook will find they'll have to use a taxi or use the limited delivery from nearby restaurants.

The breakfast buffet doesn't offer many choices and the items served are very bland. The breakfast are is also quite crowded in the mornings and there is not ample room for dining. Many guests find no food and no seating if arriving later.
