Hotel TossaMar (Tossa de Mar, Spain)

Guests love the fact that this hotel is close to both the beach and the centre of town. You can easily tour the area or lounge on the beach. Many attractions are even within walking distance. So, you won't have to drive a car or ride a bike to take in many of the sights.

Many guests commented about how comfortable the mattresses are at the hotel. Although some guests said the rooms were a bit small, you can expect a room that is cosy and allows enough space to relax and unwind. Also, guests did not seem to have any problem resting at night, thanks to the hotel's relatively quiet location.

Housekeeping at the hotel is generally satisfactory. Clean linens are provided, and housekeeping is quick to address any problems that may arise.

Many guests said that they were upset at the state of the in-house restaurant's buffet. The buffet food is often cold. Several guests reported mouldy, spoiled, or raw food. It was also reported that the general conditions of the buffet are disorganized and unsanitary.

There are almost no parking spaces to be had near the hotel. Those that are available are first come, first serve, and they fill up fast. They also are not free. So, expect to have to pay quite a bit and walk a bit of a distance when checking in or out.

One of the biggest complaints guests had about this hotel is that the bathroom facilities are outdated. Several guests reported that their plumbing wasn't working properly, shower stalls were mouldy, and the shower or floor tiles were cracked or damaged.
