Hotel Toscana Suites (Kissimmee, USA)

Very close to Disney sites at an excellent rate.  The price is the greatest draw here. If all you need is a place to sleep and shower, this could be adequate for you.  Don't expect any type of luxury - this a VERY no frills spot.

Some rooms are adequate, and even quite decent, with washers and dryers and fully-equipped kitchenettes.  However, some are missing the expected amenities.  Best bet:  Ask to see your room before you pay, and if possible, use cash instead of a card with this place.

The staff are known as likable, but many have reported no answer at the door or on the phone - although there was a car or two in the parking lot.

Some reported having booked here through a booking site, only to find the place empty with no one answering the phone upon arrival.  They contacted the booking site for a refund and alternate arrangements.  Others appear to have been less lucky, and had their money taken without refund.  BEWARE.

Friendly as the staff may be, leave nothing unattended in their care - others had belongings come up missing.

At least drive past before booking this place.  It looks nothing like the website photos, to say the least.  Anyone traveling alone or with children - please consider staying elsewhere. Screens half-peeled back on windows and doors/windows that don't lock, poor lighting, broken furniture, unclean areas, and half the building appears to be torn down.  Another fully abandoned hotel stands next door, and the hallways are full of leeches (in absurd amounts), to complete the creepy effect.
