Those who stayed in fall complimented the beautiful colors of the trees, while travelers visiting in the winter months spent their days on the slopes. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great place to start and end an adventure.

Unhappy reviewers bashed the Inn for failing to modernize. Everything from the gravel driveway, to the lack of air conditioning, to the out-of-date decor earned the attention of critics. Some hoped for a rustic retreat, but reported an establishment in disrepair.

Several guests that requested non-smoking rooms reported that their accommodation smelled strange nonetheless. Some thought that this might be due to the age of the building, but others supposed that the rooms were converted in recent times.
