You will get some nice free stuff while you are here. Guests liked that quantity and quality of the free toiletries in the sauna and bathroom.

You will not have to spend a lot of money while you are here. Guests liked that the hotel was very affordable as most of the rooms were capsule style. For the money, guests liked that it was so close to many shops, restaurants, and transportation options.

You might have to wait to get to your room. Many guests did not like that the hotel rooms were not accessible by stairs. The hotel elevators were found to be very small and quite slow. Guests were disappointed in the wait times at the elevators.

It might be difficult to sleep here. For one, guests will need to be used to sleeping in capsules as many of the rooms are capsule rooms. These capsule rooms have multiple capsules which are only separated from the room by blinds. Some guests did not like the blinds and wanted there to be a door.

This is not the type of hotel where you can be shy. Guests who had rooms with shared bathrooms did not like that there was very little privacy in the showers. The showers were separated by gender, but did not allow for much individual privacy from other guests.
