Excellent Breakfast with Plenty to Choose From
The breakfast served at this hotel is extensive beyond a typical continental breakfast with lots of quality, fresh and well-prepared items to choose from. Everything from bagels to fresh fruit to a wide range of cereals is available.

negative:
Rooms are Cramped and Dated
The rooms at Yankee Inn are small with hardly any room to turn around and the furnishings and decor are old-fashioned. Guests also reported malfunctioning Wi-Fi, stained carpet, tattered upholstery, uncomfortable beds, poor lighting, broken locks on doors, chipped paint on walls, a lack of soundproofing, a musty smell, loud air conditioning and poor showers with a lack of hot water and water pressure.
negative:
Poor-quality Breakfast with Little to Choose From
Guests reported that there isn't much to choose from at breakfast and what's available is of poor-quality with stale and tasteless items and a lack of fresh fruit.
negative:
Unprofessional, Uninterested Staff
Guests reported being greeted by grumpy staff who seemed disinterested in serving them. This low level of service continues throughout an entire stay with long waits to be checked in, issues with overbooking that result in guests having to find alternative, last-minute accommodations, staff members who provide misleading information about the area and staff who drink, smoke and talk loudly close to guests' rooms.
