Negative Reviews
negative:
Freezing Indoor Pool
The temperature of the indoor pool seem to be a tad bit too cold for a few guests’ liking. However, it doesn’t seem to be a common issue and is one that can be easily fixed by management.
negative:
Crowded Lobby
Since the hotel is so close to the Chase Center, at times the lobby can get crowded with people in town for a meeting or convention.

Need to Pay for Wi-Fi
Guests who need to stay connected have been very disappointed to find out that they have to pay for Wi-Fi in their rooms. However, there is complimentary Wi-Fi in the lobby, and members of the Starwood Preferred Guest Program who book their accommodations through one of the related Starwood websites or apps also enjoy free Wi-Fi.
