The staff here is quite charming, and in the best way possible! Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, these staff is one of a kind. Whether you need help with directions or even just your bags, they will come to your aid.

While the staff is certainly friendly, they are not always the quickest, especially if you’re looking to grab a bite. While the front staff seems to respond quite quickly, the lounge staff can be a bit behind at times.

Be forewarned, the Wi-Fi is only going to be free in the lobby. After that, be prepared to get charged. Or, if all else fails, plan on using some of your data up if you need to do any work online during your stay.

Although The Westin Valencia does advertise itself as having a central location, be prepared that it is going to be about a 15-minute walk to get into town. This may not necessarily be a bad thing, though, but something you should be aware of.
