Negative Reviews
negative:
It's a generic stay
Guests who come to the area looking for a unique experience might be disappointed. This hotel provides a generic chain stay with generic chain features. There is no personality in atmosphere or in the general area of the hotel. The same is true in the restaurants.
negative:
Not a premier Westin
The Westin name and trademark is often synonymous with luxury hotels and the finest service and stay. This Westin, though, is not a premier hotel, but a standard one. There are no views from any room, as they all look over the freeways. The pool is small, but adequate. The rooms are decent, but not luxurious.
negative:
Large and in charge
The hotel is huge, with over 400 guest rooms. That often translates to run-of-the-mill service and accommodations. Many rooms, and areas, show signs of the wear and tear of a huge and busy hotel. Some rooms also need to be attended to with needed updates and refurbishment or remodeling.
