Pass on breakfast
Guests say the breakfast at Crossings Restaurant, the hotel's on-site eatery, wasn't a great experience. Visitors add that food wasn't all that good and the service is a let down as well. Visitors point out that lunch and dinner at restaurant was a better experience.

Suburban location disappoints
The hotel is quite a ways away from downtown Richmond, and the nearby surroundings of the hotel are pretty dull according to guests. The University of Richmond is a short drive from hotel and there are several businesses around the property.
negative:
Pool not perfect
Visitors point out the indoor pool had a few problems including the area around it being somewhat dirty. Guests say the pool was okay, but would have been a lot better if the hotel had paid more attention to it.
