Reviews indicate that this hotel is found in a beautiful area, with the shores of Geneva Lake located within easy walking distance and the area where the inn itself is based proving to be removed from the noise of the main strip downtown. On top of this, a handful of restaurants can apparently also be easily reached on foot, in addition to downtown Geneva itself.

People were happy that they could bring their dogs here, the pool was said to be nice to relax in, for those not wanting to head to the lake, and the prices are said to be much lower than those downtown.

The decor of the rooms here is apparently very dated, with the style thought to be decades old and many parts of the inn considered to be in need of updating. The appliances apparently match this theme, being very old fashioned, and sometimes not functioning or somehow not sporting long enough cables to plug into the walls.

Guests mentioned that the standards of cleanliness here were not always fantastic, with some people being disappointed with the state of either their rooms or their sheets; while the rooms were described as being very simple indeed.
