Each room is wonderfully decorated, and guests staying at The Upper Level have found the chic and modern décor to add to the already great stay afforded to them at this unique hotel.

The hands on approach from the staff is greatly received from the guests at The Upper Level. They are friendly, courteous, and great at assisting their guests with whatever they may require.

From the outside, The Upper Level doesn't look like much. Guests may even miss the hotel as they drive past it as their isn't much signage to demarcate that the building is, in fact, what they are looking for.

Without the use of an elevator, the narrow and steep staircases throughout the hotel are a little bit tedious to navigate. Luckily, the staff are always at hand to assist guests with the transport of their luggage, so guests need not worry about that.

The majority of the rooms share bathroom facilities, which many may not like. The ablutions are kept clean, and are spacious in design. Some rooms do have a shower attached, which some guests will appreciate.
