Hotel The Seasons Bangkok Huamark - SHA (Bangkok, Thailand)

Previous guests were pleased with the overall friendly yet professional attitude shown by the Thai staff. They handled all the issues, questions, and special requests efficiently and were friendly and courteous all throughout.

Despite having just a basic breakfast spread, most guests were satisfied due to the variety of some Asian, Indian, and Western food offered. The breakfast food was decent and was more than enough to fill their hungry tummies.

Due to its nearness to central Bangkok area, guests rated the hotel's location highly. It is closely situated to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Airport rail link, the Mall Ramkhamhaeng, major Cineplex, Indoor stadium, various restaurants, and boat service.

Aside from the units' loud noise, guests were also disappointed with the poor performance of the air-conditioned inside the rooms. Most were not working so some guests even had to change rooms. Furthermore, some units were also not enough to cool the place and it took a few hours before the guests reached their desired room temperature.

Most guests complained about the small size of the rooms which were also poorly maintained. There was not enough room for the luggage so they had to place their bags on the study table or other parts of the room. The room was also small for two or more people and was only suitable for solo travellers.

Guests were dismayed with the non-existent Wi-Fi inside the rooms. The Internet can only be accessed within the lobby so they had no choice but to stay there to check emails. Some guests had to pay for the Internet just to gain some access for 24 hours.
