Most of the guests agreed on the fact that this hotel is a budget stay with all the basic amenities. Rooms are clean and spacious. Many places of interest like shops and restaurants are at a walking distance from the hotel. The locality is very safe to walk around at night too. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioners cooled well.
One of the popular factors in the hotel was the staff. All the staff members were thorough professionals with a caring attitude. They did not hesitate in helping the guests at any hour of the day. The reception staff assisted the guests in booking cabs, planning the travel itinerary and interpreting for the guests when they needed to communicate with non-English speaking staff.
The hotel has a free and safe parking space at the rear end of the hotel. Guests could comfortably park their car without having to wait and cramp up. Breakfast is quite good which includes fresh fruit, juice, eggs, French toast and pancakes.
Wi-Fi connection was very patchy and erratic. It was sluggish and kept disconnecting time and again.
