Some guests reported that the Rock Inn is in a great location for exploring the neighbourhood, nearby coastlines and rolling hills. Most Taunton attractions such as The Museum of Somerset is within 30 minutes by car.

Some guests reported that the bathroom shower was too small and they actually had to open the roof window to give them some head space. This doesn't apply to all rooms of course, but is worth mentioning that if you are over 5'10, you might have some issues with one of the rooms.

Some guests felt that the Wi-Fi Internet service should of been of a higher quality during their stay. They felt that in this day and age of advanced technology, that most inns, bed and breakfasts and small hotels should have a better connection so guests can keep in touch with loved ones and business colleagues. You could only get a stronger connection in the restaurant and bar areas.

Some guests mention that the inn needs a lift as the stairs are quite difficult to climb. They are very steep and can be slippery at times.
