The Location Is Intriguing
The hotel location is great with tons of different types of restaurants from Korean to Japanese to Turkish kebabs. There are also a number of American food chains in the vicinity. You will also find galleries, a museum, and a mall attached to the premises.
positive:
Service Is Just As You Would Expect
Service at the hotel is supreme and you won't be disappointed. Staff are sophisticated, attentive, courteous, and helpful. It's what you would expect from a hotel such as this.
positive:
Nice Rooms And Great Amenities
The lobby, which includes a bar and restaurant is impressive. There are views everywhere; however, you receive a good amount of privacy as well. The rooms are about as high-tech as you can get. With the press of a button next to your bed, you can draw the shades and turn off the lights in your room. The free Wi-Fi is fantastic and about the best you will find in any top-notch hotel.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not Much To Like About The Cafe
The cafe is somewhat overpriced, but other than that, the views and setting are lovely. The lunch is somewhat miniscule and the wine portions are a bit insufficient.
negative:
Good But Expensive
The hotel can be a bit expensive for what you get even though it's usually quite good. For example, the rooms are primarily basic with quality furnishings.
negative:
The Subway And Entrance Mix-Up
The subway is connected in a quirky way, making the hotel entrance tricky to find. You also expect service to be faster under certain conditions like upon arrival with your luggage. You shouldn't be asked by reception if you want your bags carried, the concierge should be there to offer.
