Spacious villas
Villas are located an easy walk from the beach, restaurant and pool. Great for groups and families, they have spacious layouts along with fully equipped kitchens and grills so you can easily prepare meals wen you don't want to dine out. The decks have comfortable chairs and hammocks so you can lounge in the privacy of your villa; another fabulous option, book a massage and enjoy it on the deck for the ultimate in relaxation.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Treacherous road
The Resort at Palmetto Bay is quite a drive from the main road. Also, the road you travel to reach the resort is very rustic. If you're renting a car, get an SUV or something suitable for rougher terrain.
negative:
In-room WiFi charge
There's a daily charge for in-room Wi-Fi, which is a little frustrating in this day and age.
negative:
Expensive taxi rides
If you plan to visit town frequently for dining and shopping or explore the island, definitely rent a car. West Bay is about a 30-minute drive away and taxis can get expensive.
