Guests who have stayed in the resort expressed that the rooms are very charming and comfortable. The Ranch at Furnace Creek has friendly staff, particularly those who are in the front office. Guests find most of them to be very friendly and helpful, even willing to do more than what's expected from them just to ensure guest satisfaction.

While all rooms are fully air-conditioned, some guests complained of air conditioners that are not functioning the way they want them to. They pointed out that some air conditioners are not strong enough to keep the temperature down, while some also claimed that they had to wake up in the middle of the night just to ensure that the temperature is comfortable enough.
