Hotel The Palace Suites and Apartments (Prague, Czech Republic)

The complex location is great. Public transportation is easy and convenient. You can walk in a matter of minutes to the old town. There are no real fancy restaurants in the neighbourhood; however, there are plenty of casual cafes and pubs nearby. Apartments are roughly a half-block from the Danube, Billa is five-minutes, and the train station is close as well.

Apartments are spacious and clean. The décor is nice with high ceilings and modern furnishings. There is a kitchen that looks recently renovated. You can expect great value for money.

The staff communication is good. You can contact anyone by email and they answer rather quickly. The manager is helpful and will go out of his way to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

The parking situation is a bit tricky. The complex has their own parking facility; however, if for someone reason you can't park there, you will have to park away from the facility. Nonetheless, it seems that this doesn't happen to often and the facility keeps the garage secure.

Reception only works certain hours like a regular job, so don't expect 24-hr reception. Among other things, if your only language is English, you won't find your language on the TV, and if you stay longer than a few days, bring your own toilet paper. Don't be surprised if you are charged for dirty towels and you may have to bring your own coffee pods.

If your apartment is facing Resslova Street you can expect noise, if you keep your windows open. However, the soundproofing works fine with the windows closed.
