Negative Reviews
negative:
Not all rooms with views.
It is important to note that not all rooms offers views of the gardens and surrounding countryside. If views are of particular importance it may be wise to enquire before committing a booking or ask for an upgrade upon inspection.
negative:
Noisy hydrotherapy pump.
Perhaps a small point for most but attention still needs to be drawn to the fact that the hydrotherapy pump operates at what some would consider a high volume which is something that can be quite distracting.
negative:
Soundproofing issues.
There is a clear lack of adequate soundproofing in some rooms, particularly those rooms closest to the stairs where many guests have complained about noise. One can easily hear other guests coming or going as well as conversations between staff members.
