Very clean with charming decor throughout, and cosy beds, plenty of tea/coffee making provisions and lovely bath products in the rooms. Freshly laundered towels are provided daily. Please note that quieter rooms face the back of the hotel.

This hotel needs better soundproofing on the room windows. From street racers circling through town to loud voices from late night revellers to early morning recycling trucks and various other sleep-disrupting sounds, you may not sleep all night. Bring your best earplugs and white noise makers and hope for the best- or ask for a room in the back.
Rooms are considered quite small by many and the lack of air conditioning is not impressive, especially when it's too loud outside to leave windows open in warm weather. Bedroom decor is ancient and unappealing while bathroom fixtures are in need of a scrub and updating. Views from the windows are not very pretty either.
