Guests who used the hydrotherapy pool said that they thoroughly enjoyed the experience as the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature and of decent size. Those who had the specialist treatments described the therapists as professional and knowledgeable and said that they would wholeheartedly recommend them If you are looking for a relaxing and invigorating break then you certainly won't be disappointed.

The food served at the on-site restaurant was described as being well-prepared and made from locally sourced produce much to the delight of many of the guests. The menus were said to cater for various tastes and preference with a fine dining option as well as bistro-style dishes. The breakfasts were also said to be tasty with a wide range of both hot and cold items.

The staff have been described as friendly and approachable by the majority of the guests who said that they felt at ease and well-looked after for the duration of their stay. Those who had particular issues and requests said that they were handled efficiently and effectively.

Some of the guests mentioned that the interiors are looking rather tired and dated as they objected to worn and tatty looking upholstery  as well as uncomfortable loungers which according to many had seen better days.

The poolside area was often said to be rather untidy with lots of empty cups and puddles of water which have not been attended to by the staff.

The hotel overlooks an industrial estate and guests who were hoping to enjoy scenic views of the local countryside were disappointed to find that the views were obstructed by a large office building.
