Many guests love the lovely green area that The Madison Inn by Riversage in Spokane, USA, is tucked into. They say that the premises is well maintained, is quiet and clean and the hotel is conveniently close to the downtown.

Guests say that the rooms are spacious and clean. They love the nice views from them. There are plenty of chairs and adequate hanging and drawer space. Guests say that the prices are also reasonable and they could not have been more satisfied with the whole experience of their stay at the hotel.

Several guests say that the staff of the hotel is efficient and helpful. The members make allowances for late Check-outs without any problems. Guests also appreciate the simple but adequate breakfast and the ample parking facilities.

Some guests say that the housekeeping staff does not clean their rooms when they are out and they return to unclean rooms. They say that the curtains in the rooms are not wide enough to block light at the edges and not voluminous enough to meet at the middle. The fitted sheets did not fit and kept coming undone.
