The parking facility is not complimentary which hotel guests feel should be. No vending machines on site and guests have to walk a long way to get food items from the stores. Breakfast is not provided.

Rooms do not have a microwave or refrigerator. The air conditioning is central and hence rooms do not get cool quickly or cool sufficiently to pleasant temperatures.

Wi-Fi speed is poor and gadgets and tablets do not connect. Desk staff are inefficient and do not have reserved rooms ready when guests arrive. Guests feel they do not get value for the high charges of the hotel.
