Hotel The Inn at the Tides (Bodega Bay, USA)

The inn overlooks the Bodega Bay which provides a very tranquil and picturesque backdrop. Many of the rooms have patios complete with a table and chairs so that guests could sit outside, relax and admire the scenic views. There are no noisy bars or clubs in the vicinity so if you are looking for peace and quiet then you won't be disappointed.

Guests who used the pool said that it was of decent size, clean and warmed to a pleasant temperature. Many also used the hot-tub and Jacuzzi which were also said to be well-resented and hygienic. The fitness room was said to be spacious with plenty of modern equipment.

Those who dined at the restaurant complimented the quality of the food and said that the menu catered for various tastes and preferences. The dishes were said to be well-prepared using fresh local ingredients. Many also praised the breakfasts which consisted of both hot and cold items. There was plenty of variety on offer and the portions were said to be generous.

Some guests were disappointed to find that their rooms looked rather tired and dated. Old-fashioned furniture and tatty-looking carpets and curtains prevented some guests from fully enjoying their stay. Bathrooms were also said to be quite basic with dated suites and fixtures.

The walls have been described as being quite thin as some guests said that they were disturbed by noise from the adjoining rooms as well as from the hallways.

Quite a few guests said that the rooms lacked standard amenities such as air-conditioning units as well as fridges. Those who stayed here during warmer weather said that their rooms felt too warm and stuffy.
