The Wi-Fi signal at The Herbs Hotel is not the greatest when it comes to the strength of the connection. Many visitors have been regularly disconnected while working, or communicating with loved ones back home. Try to bring your own Internet cable with next time.

If you have a load of heavy luggage, you had better make friends with the staff pretty quickly. Regardless, the friendly staff will always be on hand to assist travellers with anything they need to carry up to their rooms. Some guests have suggested that an elevator be fitted to alleviate the problem.

Just a few complaints have been received from guests who experienced varying temperatures during their shower. The shower does sometimes go from hot to cold without warning, so be sure to be careful you don't burn yourself.
