A Good Location Near the Water
You will enjoy the hotel location near the water. It’s close to fishing areas and within easy walking distance to everything. Second Avenue Pier, the boardwalk, and an amusement park are close by. The convention centre is nearby and Ocean Boulevard is entertaining.
positive:
Great Hospitality From the Staff
The staff is the best. Hospitable, attentive, and welcoming, they are what makes the hotel comfortable. The owner is always available during regular hours. The pool area is well taken care of and the rooms are a good size with adequate appliances.
positive:
You Will Admire the View
The hotel view is great. There is a parking lot in between the beach and the location but the view is not obstructed. There’s plenty of parking too.

Critters Visiting Your Room
Though the facility is reasonably clean, you may encounter critters running around in your room. Not only roaches but rodents too! These are the standard roaches not the occasional large palmetto bug. Be sure to check your belongings prior to leaving the facility to make sure no bugs or rodents have tried to hitch a ride!
negative:
Furnishings Are a Bit Worn Out
The furnishings appear a bit worn and stained. There is plenty of wear-and-tear with dark spots on towels and cheap kitchen items.

It Can Get Noisy
It will be hard to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing against the shore due to the traffic noise. What’s more, the area is the typical tourist area that can get over crowded with a souvenir shop on almost every corner.
