The atmosphere at the hotel is light and relaxing due to staff who take time out of their busy days to sit and chat with guests and who make sure everything is running smoothly. Also reported was staff members who are knowledgeable about the area and readily provide suggestions on what to see and do and staff who accommodate special requests and rectify issues quickly. .

The views around the hotel are spectacular and guests reported that they didn't find anywhere else in town that showcased this beauty better than at this hotel. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed on nice evenings and there are plenty of chairs and loungers around to relax and watch this event.

Guests need not worry about the hotel running out of items at breakfast as it is continuously restocked so there are plenty of items to choose from. .

Guests reported that the rooms at The Beach Haus are nothing like what they were expecting. The furnishings are old, the beds are uncomfortable, the window drapes are broken, the air conditioning is loud, towels and sheets are tattered, the bathrooms are small and the kitchenettes are lacking many items necessary to cook a good meal.

The breakfast served each morning is bland and features poor-quality, unhealthy items such as reheated eggs, frozen sausages and other overcooked and undercooked items.

This hotel lacks leisure facilities and atmosphere and guests reported that there is not a lot to do around it or in the general area. The location is not as central as guests are lead to believe. .
