Hotel The Alpenhof (Teton Village, USA)

People who have stayed here have actually said that the lobby radiates a Bavarian mountain resort ambiance. Even breakfast offers a combination of European and American options.

Mornings start off on a healthy note for guests with a bounty of delicious choices for breakfast. There is really something for everyone from hearty scrambled eggs and bacon, to healthy fruit and yogurt, and filling baguettes and cheese. The lovely dining room adds to the overall experience.

Winter time is a popular time to visit and the hotel’s prime location next to the Aerial Tram in the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort puts them in close proximity to the slopes and everything in the village. Guests seem to enjoy the incredible location for ski-in and ski-out, as well as the apres ski at the hotel bar afterwards.

The rooms seem to lack space to move around with guests saying that they feel the that accommodations are tiny and cramped with little room to store personal belongings. Apparently, the bathrooms aren’t that much better either.

Guests are not fond that they have to take so many steps to enter the hotel. They really don’t like lugging all of their heavy suitcases and stuff upon arrival.

Outside, the hotel looks charming and quaint. Inside the rooms, guests have commented that the interiors, furnishings and carpet look old and dated. So if you’re into more contemporary decor, keep this in mind.
