Missed Housekeeping
Housekeeping seems to be inconsistent in its work route. Several guests reported not receiving any housekeeping on several occasions. In addition, the cleaning staff sometimes misses out on small details, like refilling toiletries or leaving fresh coffee.
negative:
Billing Errors
Double check your restaurant bill, as errors happen quite often. Several guests said they were overcharged for drinks and meals, on more than one occasion. Even if you notice it afterwards, don't hesitate to notify the management. They are quick to correct any mishaps.
negative:
Limited Pool Hours
Unfortunately, the pool has limited hours, and closes at dusk. Many guests found this inconvenient, as the pool area is beautifully lit after dark.
