Those who opted to stay at Swiss Star Zürich-Aussersihl said they found clean, basic apartment accommodation, with good Wi-Fi to boot. Many of those who stayed said this offered a simple, but affordable option for Zürich in comparison to pricey alternatives.

The aparthotel is said to be well placed for the tram, with the direct city connections just outside quickly taking guests to the main Zürich station, the city centre and Lake Zurich. Furthermore, guests said they had a chemist, supermarket, cafes and shops just outside.

Some guests found the option of car parking useful, in addition to complimentary laundry facilities in the basement. Furthermore, reviews show there is easy pin code check-in available, as long as you keep in mind that the key box is located at the rear of the building.

Guests sometimes found the beds uncomfortable, with a few mentioning that theirs had broken slats. Furthermore, televisions were on occasion reported as needing maintenance.
