Hotel Swiss Night by Fassbind (Zürich, Switzerland)

The rooms were found to be nice and spacious with just the right amenities included for a stay. Guests were able to enjoy tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridges and spacious bathrooms. The rooms were spacious for families and comfortable.

Many guests liked the quiet neighbourhood where the hotel is located but still a central location. It is close to the university area and the central part of the city. It is good for walking to various areas and close to public transport and restaurant places.

Many guests were happy with the comfortable temperatures that were set in the rooms. They enjoyed having working air-conditioning and heating systems to make them feel at ease in their rooms. The temperatures were regulated with ease and there were little problems.

Some guests needed a good Wi-Fi connection for their business and/or personal matters but were disappointed the signal was very poor in the rooms. It was not quick enough to even check emails, and some had to complain to get it to good working standards.

Some guests would have wished to have the breakfast available for a reduced rate or even for free. They found the breakfast to be very expensive.

Some guests felt the staff to be a bit indifferent or uninterested in helping their guests have a perfect stay. Some were surprised with the booking process based on availability when asked to pay the remaining money at the front desk, and others thought they did not feel like giving out good information on places to go.
