Guests complain that there are no facilities for tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, however, they are available on request. You'll need to ask for them on arrival, which seems like quite an odd way to do things.

The hotel attracts a lot of large groups involved with various tours or conferences, and guests say that there are often evening events which go on until the early hours, causing some disruption to others in the hotel.
