Hotel Super Inn And Suites (Odessa, USA)

All the staff members are very pleasant and professional. They always had a huge smile on their face and the willingness to help. Services offered by them were of the top order, which made the guests feel very comfortable. As per many guests, the front desk staff was extremely courteous and gave a warm welcome.

Since the hotel is close to many places of shopping, it was a plus point for guests. They also had a wide selection of dining options with many restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. Not having to spend too much on travel and conveyance was appreciated by all guests.

The hotel is very economically priced and ideal for guests/backpackers looking for affordable stay in a convenient area. They had the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of hot water and the beds were very comfortable.

Air conditioner was not effective at all and it got very hot at night. Guests could not open the windows because of the traffic noise outside the room.

The Wi-Fi connection was really patchy and kept disconnecting time and again making it absolutely impossible to work online.

Some of the guests complained that the rooms reeked of cigarette smell and smoke. They were given air fresheners which did not help much. Few rooms also need a renovation as they are in a run-down state. The light fixtures are almost falling off the wall and doors are creaky.
