When it came to getting around the city, the location of the hotel was seen in a positive light by most former guests. As well as being close to the highway and transport links, downtown Calgary is less than ten minutes away by car from the accommodation.

In terms of service, many previous visitors were really happy about this aspect of the accommodation. The front desk personnel have been regularly complimented for their polite and helpful attitude.

Whilst its position in the car park was frowned upon, the heated outdoor swimming pool was appreciated by the majority of those that used the facility. The pool was generally regarded as well-maintained and a nice place to relax.

Based on feedback from recent visitors, the accommodation’s rooms were not in the best condition. Along with supposedly outdated décor and furnishings, the rooms – and building as a whole – were described as showing noticeable signs of wear and tear.

Although its quality was typically judged to be fine, the variety of the breakfast was criticised by numerous former guests that stayed at the hotel. Furthermore, the dining room was said to be cramped and lacking an adequate amount of seating space.

The connection quality of the accommodation’s free Wi-Fi was labelled as erratic at times by previous visitors that tried to use the facility. For those that managed to get connected, the Wi-Fi was often seen as sluggish when it came to download speeds.
