Hotel Super 8 Norman (Norman, USA)

Guests liked the continental breakfast served every morning in a relaxed dining room. It had some really nice choices like instant oatmeal, pastries, waffles, yoghurt, breads, cinnamon rolls, juice, milk, coffee and much more. Nothing fancy but was more than enough to kick start the day. Service was quick without having to wait for a long time.

The all season indoor pool was very inviting for most of the guests, especially after a long day. It was clean and well-maintained. The ping-pong table was a pleasant surprise and enjoyed by the kids. Some of the guests enjoyed taking a relaxing dip in the hot tub too.

Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The housekeeping staff did a fine job of maintaining good cleanliness levels. Furniture was updated. Each comfortable bed had four pillows. The air conditioner was not noisy allowing the guests to have a peaceful sleep.

Elderly guests and guests with lots of luggage found it difficult to climb the narrow and dark stairs. Having an elevator would have been more convenient they say.

Even though the rooms are non-smoking ones, some of the guests could smell smoke in their rooms, which was very uncomfortable. Wi-Fi connection is very sluggish and keeps disconnecting time and again. Guests found it difficult to get any work done online.

The water pressure in the shower was way too slow to take a comfortable bath. Moreover, there was no hot water in the taps on many days.
