Hotel Super 8 Motel Omaha NE (Omaha, USA)

Guests loved the spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms with the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, cosy and well-appointed with comfortable beds. With in-room conveniences like tea/coffee maker and free Wi-Fi, guests say the hotel was a decent place to stay for the price offered.

Guests loved the services provided by the friendly, informative and cooperative staff and spoke especially highly of the front desk staff. The staff ensures guests are comfortable and tries to sort every query promptly including issues such as recommendations to quick check-ins and handling  any room issues.

Guests liked the complimentary SuperStart breakfast buffet offered at the hotel. Guests mentioned that the breakfast had a variety of things to choose from, and it was served hot and fresh. The staff also ensured that the breakfast items were frequently restocked.

The rooms at the hotel offer basic facilities and there is no microwave or fridge available in the rooms which left the guests disappointed.

Guests complained about the rooms being outdated with unpleasant musty smells, and also in the hallway. This was a major turnoff for the guests.

There is no elevator or/and  luggage rack carriers at the hotel, which means walking up to the room upstairs along with your luggage. Guests were really unhappy about this missing feature at the hotel.
