If you are on a lower level of the hotel, you may be mildly disturbed by sounds of guests walking up above. Guests said the soundproofing between floors was not great, and that the floor boards are creaky.

Even if you request a non-smoking room, you may find it still smells like smoke. That was the experience many guests had. However, in some cases, once the issue was reported to staff, the guests were asked if they wanted to move to other rooms that ended up smelling better.
