Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham The Woodlands North (The Woodlands, USA)

Though the hotel is some distance from Houston, where a good number of guests were headed, this didn’t really seem to bother many. They explained that the hotel is in a very convenient spot to access the I-45, and once on this highway it was a relatively simple matter to drive in to Houston, at least outside of rush hour.

Guests were generally very happy with their rooms, but even those who found a small issue or two, usually conceded that the rooms were very clean. Guests felt that housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms in tip top shape.

Guests mentioning value at all where in overwhelming agreement that they had received excellent value for money. They essentially felt that they paid a relatively low room-rate for a clean room in a great location.

Though not mentioned often, it was reported that the rooms are accessed by means of outdoor walkways. Of course this meant that they were exposed to the elements, so some guests didn’t enjoy using them when it was cold or windy.

Of course there was a price to pay for being in such a great position near the interstate. Guests in rooms facing the road mentioned that the sound of the cars streaming by could clearly be heard in their room, causing sleep difficulties for some.

Surprisingly, a number of guests traveling at very different times reported that the elevator was not working. This meant that some had to carry heavy bags up a few flights of stairs and of course was a very difficult situation for those with mobility issues.
