Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham Santee (Santee, USA)

With a convenient position off Interstate 95, nearly all past guests were really happy with the location of the Super 8 Santee. As well as places of interest such as Orangeburg being in close proximity, the hotel is also judged as ideally positioned for nearby golf courses – both Lake Marion Golf Course and Santee National Golf Club are just minutes away.

Previous visitors were generally thrilled with the cleanliness standards on display in the hotel’s rooms. Moreover, the rooms were also thought of as comfortable and well-equipped with valuable amenities.

The service provided by the Super 8 Santee was admired by most former guests. The front desk personnel were regularly described as warm, friendly and accommodating by those that have stayed at the hotel.

The Super 8 Santee is dated and in need of modernization – according to the feedback of past visitors. The private bathrooms, furniture and décor have been highlighted as aspects of the hotel that were showing their age.

Whilst sufficient for most, a notable amount of former guests were disappointed about what they perceived to be a lack of options with the hotel’s complimentary breakfast. In particular, the supposedly meager choice of healthy breakfast options was criticized.

Although it provides an outdoor swimming pool, this has been described as small and uninviting by previous visitors to the Super 8 Santee. As this is the only recreational space offered, the hotel has received the tag of being overly basic as a result.
